We own two manufacturing bases in Harbin and Nanjing, China, covering a combined area of 330,000 square meters with over 1,400 employees. Yes. Live video tours for both bases cover raw material storage, production lines and QC stations on request. For serious project clients, we arrange exclusive video talks with production and QC teams.

Three product lines: core aluminum-clad wood (6060-T66 aluminum outside, oak/larch/pine inside, S86/F120 etc.); multi-cavity thermal-break aluminum windows; cost-effective aluminum-clad uPVC (DC88/DC105). This structure ensures insulation, durability and warm indoor wood texture.
5. What is your production capacity and lead time?
Annual output: 400,000 ㎡ wood-aluminum, 200,000 ㎡ aluminum, 100,000 ㎡ uPVC windows. Standard orders: 25-35 working days post deposit; big projects: 35-50 days. Shipping: FOB Dalian/CIF global, full/less container & air transport with real-time production updates.
6. Do you provide installation support and warranty?
Each order has paper & PDF installation guides with diagrams, free remote video installation support; large projects offer paid on-site supervision. Warranty: wood frame 10y, aluminum & hardware 5y, glass & gaskets 2y, spare parts in stock.
