Q3: Can you arrange the door to door delivery?
A: Door to door delivery is also our main business, just tell us your project address and buildpano will assist and organize the delivery of the goods to you.
Q4: What service will you provide after I sent measurement or idea of the item I look for?
A: Buildpano will provide: Projects 3D design or Shop Drawing after fully communication and understand client's preference. This shop drawing is also the vital paperwork for the jobsite activities this will help your worker to save time on verify the measurement, opening direction, item location etc.
Q5: What are the terms of payment in your formal trade?
A: Usually T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) 50% deposit to start production, balance paid before shipping.
Q6: What is your production time?
A: Since these are customized products, the lead time and processing may take longer than some regular items. To make sure the orders are produced as per description, quality control will be processed in every stage. Therefore, the whole process will usually take 20~45 days after the deposit is received and all details confirmed.
