Production Process
- Draw the design drawing according to customer hand-drawing, idea, size, etc. using Auto CAD.
- Cut the zinc steel tube based on the Auto CAD drawing, and punch lock and hinge holes using precision molds.
- Weld the steel tube into the door and window frames, then smoothly grind down the welding seams.
- Apply surface powder coating in black, white, or customized architectural finishes.
- Install glass units safely into the structural frame.
- Package with protective internal bubble wrapping and an external steel-reinforced wooden crate.

Packing & Delivery
Standard individual packaging includes an interior bubble wrap and protective carton layer, contained externally inside a steel-framed wooden crate. This structure delivers heavy-duty protection for glazed doors. Shipping marks can be customized upon request.
For full container load orders, doors and windows are sequentially loaded and secured directly into shipping containers without wooden crates to maximize freight volume efficiency.
