What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ is 600 meters per trial order. One piece of sample is provided free of charge for quality approval and inspection, with delivery fees covered by the buyer.
What is the policy regarding tooling and mould fees?
Mould tooling is available. The mould fee is free if an order for one profile reaches 5 tons initially, or it will be refunded once the profile reaches 5 tons within one year.
What are the lead times for samples and mass production?
Sample lead time is about 15-18 working days (including 7-10 days for tooling if required). Production lead time is about 10-20 working days following receipt of the confirmed order.
What fabrication capabilities are supported?
Comprehensive fabrication services are supported, including hole drilling, bending, welding, punching, and brushing.
What are the standard payment terms?
Payment terms are 30% upon order confirmation and the remaining balance before delivery via T/T. Other payment terms can be discussed upon request.
How are the products packaged for shipment?
Products are securely packed using shrink film with customized logos, pearl wool, and durable Kraft paper to ensure complete protection during transit.
